Below are some simple instructions you can do to prepare for our regular visits as well as a list of what you can expect from each visit and some of the procedures that will make our services more effective.In order for us to ensure your complete satisfaction and to do the very best job possible, we need you to do your part as well.
Before we come for each visit please:
- Pick up any loose items such as toys, clothes, or papers so that we can easily clean all the floors in your home.
- In order to make your countertops and sinks shine, we also request that you remove all dishes, cups, and plates from kitchen countertops and any toiletries from bathroom sinks and showers.
Although we don’t expect you to overly exert yourself, a few minutes of pick-up can make a big difference.
Enjoy The Results Of Our Deep Cleaning Process
Each time we come to your home, we will deep-clean the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living rooms.
In the bathrooms and kitchen we will:
- Sanitize and clean all cabinets,
- Dust and clean window sills and fixtures,
- Sweep and mop the floors
- Empty all trash cans.
- Clean and shine all counter tops, sinks, and mirrors.
In the living room, our regular service includes:
- Vacuuming your sofas, chairs, and floors
- Dusting all blinds and shadow boxes
- General dusting on window sills and fixtures.
In each bedroom we will also:
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Sweep and mop wood or tile floors.
- Dust the rooms
- Make the beds
- Clean mirrors, blinds, and window sills
Furthermore these same cleaning procedures will be used in all other living spaces around the house, including offices, halls, dens, and playrooms.
Need Us To Do More?
If there are any additional services not listed above, such as cleaning windows, light fixtures, mirrored doors, refrigerators or freezers, window tracks, doors and frames, ovens, base boards, fans, dishes, laundry, or garage areas, we would be happy to do those at an additional charge (normally $39 per hour per cleaning professional). Please let us know in advance if you would like any of these add-on services so that we can schedule enough time for your appointment. View All Ad-On Services
When We Check In
For your convenience we will call you at least one day in advance of each cleaning visit. If the appointment time or date does not work for you, please let our office staff know as soon as possible so that we can make the proper arrangements.
Please inform them (Our Professional Cleaners) of any special considerations you may need (such as cleaning around pets, special products you use to clean floors or tables, or anything else that will make our visit more effective). Also, as much as we want to make sure your home is clean and sanitary, we do not clean excrement, vomit, blood, or other human or animal waste. Furthermore, we do not permit our cleaning professionals to begin service in your home until all residents are completely and properly dressed.
